LH Ovulation Test Kits (Midstream) Detection Theory: This Fast Detector Ovulation Test uses antigen-antibody reaction, immunochromatographic one-step theory and regards colloidal gold as indication sign to determine the time of ovulation by measuring the women's urine luteinizing hormone (LH in short), to help choosing the best time for conception. LH secretion increases in the midterm of menstrual cycle period; this can help trigger ovulation in 24-48 hours after LH surge. It will maximize the chances of becoming pregnant in 1-3 days after LH surge. Usage: Determine the length of your normal menstrual cycle, which is from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next. Using the first day of bleeding or spotting as day 1. Please recall the status of latest months to assure the average cycle length, then circle out the cycle length in the first line of below chart and read out the corresponding numbers(days) in the second line. The following, count the numbers in second line from the first day of your menstrual cycle, we will get a time that you can start your detection. Specimen Collection: Use disposable container to get few urine. Reduce your liquid intake for 2 hours before testing. Don’t use the first morning urine. It’s best to collect urine in 10am to 8pm and keep the same time each day. Result Judgement: Positive(+): Two pink lines present in the result window. One in T line and another one in C line. If T line is darker than C line or match closely, you will ovulate within the next 24-48 hours. Negative(-): One or two pink lines present in the result window. One in T line and another one in C line. But T line is lighter than C line, or no T line, you have not yet reached your LH surge. You should continue with daily testing. Invalid: No C line appears, which means the test is failed or invalidated. Attention: The color presence in C line and T line is according to the LH content in the urine. Please judge the result according to above standard.
